UK Delivery
All U.K orders placed before 4pm and subject to payment from your debit / credit card being authorised, will be despatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All orders are sent via royal mail special delivery and are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day.
Postage and packaging cost is £3.95 per order irrespective of the number of items purchased.
Deliveries will only be dispatched to the billing address of the card holder used to make your purchase.
We cannot pass on any special instructions regarding the delivery to Royal Mail, they operate a next day service before 1pm which requires a signature upon receipt and they cannot leave the package without a signature.
Delivery Out With The UK
Europe
All deliveries to the European Union will be charged at £10. All items are sent via Insured Airmail. If your country is out with the E.U. please contact us before placing your order. Deliveries across Europe can take between 3-5 working days once dispatched.
USA and Australia
All deliveries to USA and Australia will be charged at £15. All items are sent via Insured Airmail. Deliveries across USA and Australia can take between 5-7 working days once dispatched.
Security
In line with Designerwear2u security policy and to protect our customers against fraud it may be necessary on occasions to make additional checks as to the authenticity of an order. We can on occasion require an extra source of identification in the form of a drivers licence, passport number or a copy of the bank statement header related to the card used for payment. These items can be used in the event we cannot find a verified match with the name and address given.
