Delivery Policy
UK Delivery
All U.K orders placed before 4pm and subject to payment from your debit / credit card being authorised, will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays, packages will then be dispatched on the next available working day.)
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day.
Postage and packaging cost is £4.95 per order irrespective of the number of items purchased.
DELIVERIES will only be dispatched to the BILLING ADDRESS of the CARD HOLDER used to make your purchase.
PLEASE DO NOT USE AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS AT THE CHECKOUT TO THAT OF YOUR REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS AS REGISTERED WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER. USING AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS WILL RESULT IN A 'NON MATCH' RESULT FROM YOUR ISSUING BANK.
We cannot pass on any special instructions regarding the delivery to Royal Mail, they operate a next day service before 1pm which requires a signature upon receipt and they cannot leave the package without a signature.
Delivery Out With the UK
Europe
All deliveries to the European Union will be charged at £12. All items are sent via Insured Airmail. If your country is out with the E.U. please contact us before placing your order and please be aware that due to the current bank systems it may take a little time to verify orders for certain countries. Deliveries across Europe can take between 3-5 working days once dispatched.
USA and Australia
All deliveries to USA and Australia will be charged at £18. All items are sent via Insured Airmail. Deliveries across USA and Australia can take between 5-7 working days once dispatched but please be aware that due to the current bank systems it may take a little time to verify orders for certain countries.
Customs charges may apply, these are applied by the individual governing body of your country and are out with our control. Please be aware that these cannot be refunded as they are paid to your Governments Customs Department.
Delays at Customs are out with our control and are caused by the governing body of the individual countries border controls. Please consider this before making a purchase if you are out with the EU.
