Designerwear2u offer a money back guarantee which means if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it within 14 days of the date you received it for a refund, exchange or credit note.

Items cannot be returned after 14 days (with the exception of December orders for Christmas gifts) unless previously agreed in writing with a manager.

The original postal charges for sending the item will not be included in the refund which will only be credited to your original method of payment.

Any garments returned must be in the original condition with all original packaging materials. Refunds will not be offered if the item has been worn or the labels have been removed. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear unless faulty.

We will not accept responsibility for items damaged while worn, normal wear and tear or failure to comply with the correct washing instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please e-mail us to inform us that you are returning a product.
If you do not this will slow up the returns procedure and delay any refunds or exchanges which have not been previously notified to our team.

Complete the return form provided, stating reason for return, date of purchase and your order number.
We do not accept responsibility for returned items damaged or missing in the post so it would be advisable to use a recorded/insured postal service and make sure the items are parcelled up securely. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery as this insures the item for the full value in the event of loss or damage. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Christmas & Sale Returns

Christmas Returns policy only covers purchases made in December (1st December to 24th December.) 
Please inform us via email that you are returning an item for refund or exchange. All Christmas returns must be returned within 14 days (before January 8th,) must have ALL TAGS ATTACHED & INTACT and must be unworn and in the same condition they were in when shipped. Whilst any refunds are released instantly from our account your Bank or Building Society provider may take a little longer to process the funds around this time.

Please be aware that during our sale period an exchange is not possible, this is due to stock levels changing on a daily basis whilst your item makes its way back to us. To guarantee securing your size during our larger sale events we would recommend purchasing the item in the corrected size and then requesting a refund upon our receipt of the original item.
