None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered on Designerwear2U will be subject to the laws of Scotland.

Ordering & Payment
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order however, we will not take payment until your order is ready for shipping. All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Legal Notices
All images of product on this site are for guidance only. Designerwear2U cannot guarantee colours will match exactly although every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. On occasion some garment labels will be removed at the request of our suppliers, this is simply to protect our suppliers and does not affect the value of the item. We guarantee authenticity of all products on our site and are happy for our customers to seek confirmation of authenticity from any authorised source or Trading Standards should you need further verification. To protect our suppliers and maintain our supply, Stone Island and CP Company products will now have to have the Certilogo’s removed before they leave the store. Authenticity is still 100% guaranteed but unfortunately we have been left with no choice but to remove the lower portion of the label.
All items are subject to availability. Designerwear2U reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time should it not meet our high quality standards.
Pricing
We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to adjust prices periodically. The price charged will be the value advertised at the time of ordering. However Designerwear2U reserve the right not to fulfill orders where a major error has occurred in the price advertised for an item.
